The Duel SL ("we", "us") is based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. This policy explains what we collect from you when you register as a player or contact us, and how we use it.

What We Collect

Registration data: name, date of birth, WhatsApp phone, email, height, playing style, community, jersey size, photo, payment reference.
Inquiry data: name, organisation, phone, email, message.
Account data: email address when you sign in.

How We Use It

To review your player registration and confirm your Showcase spot.
To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your registration, fixtures, and updates.
To reply to sponsor and general inquiries.

Storage & Security

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level security. Photos are uploaded to a private storage bucket accessible only to league admins. Only approved player public information is shown on the site.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing theduelsl1@gmail.com.
